Why come all the way up here?

1,777 metres, overlooking the lake

At the foot of the Col du Rawyl, between the reservoir, the rock face and the forest. With the Valais mountains as the sole backdrop.

Valais cuisine

Cheese tarts, fondues, alpine rösti, meat served on a slate and homemade tartare. Generous portions and seasonal produce.

At the end of the bisses

On foot from Crans-Montana via the bisses of Sion, Ayent and Le Ro, or by road from Ayent.

Terrace and panorama

A sun-drenched terrace overlooking the dam and lake — the dream spot for a hiking break.

Fishing at the lake

Fishing permits on sale here — and one of the most beautiful Alpine panoramas for trout fishing by the reservoir dam.

How to get here

Directions to the dam

The restaurant is located at the Tseuzier dam, at the foot of the Rawyl pass, in Valais (1966 Ayent). There are two ways to get there.

On foot

Along the bisses from Crans-Montana, through the lush Alpine countryside.

The Bisses of Sion, Ayent and Le Ro

By car

Via the mountain road from Ayent to the dam.

On-site car park

Before going up

Open from mid-June to the end of October. Mountain road — check the weather and the season.
